The subject of Best Pool in Las Vegas is a subjective one. Everyone has a different opinion and they vary greatly. I'm going to try to provide a list of the pools mentioned most often as well as providing information about why they were chosen. If a picture is available, I'll provide a link to it. If you notice something that isn't on the list that should be, please e-mail! Click on the hotel name for hotel info. Click "Book It" to check availability and room rates. |

HOTEL

|
| Bellagio | Bellagio's pool area is so much like the rest of the hotel as it oozes class. You aren't going to find any waterslides here, but instead six different "garden" settings. You'll feel like you're lounging at a Mediteranian villa in these fantastic pool areas. photo | |
| Caesars Palace | Like Bellagio, Caesars' Palace's pool area isn't full of waterslides, but is a luxurious place to lounge in the sun amidst Roman columns and urns. photo | |
| Flamingo | The Flamingo has a beautiful lagoon-themed pool area. I haven't tried this pool myself, but the grounds are beautiful and they have beautiful flamingos, swans, penguins and more birds in the area. Chairs fill up fast, so if you want to spend the day out there, arrive early for the best spots. | |
| This isn't a fancy pool with waterfalls and fancy slides. However, it is Olympic sized and surrounded by palm trees. It's nestled in the "L" of the casino by check in (between the North and South Towers) and does win the award of "Best Pool Downtown". photo | ||
| Green Valley Ranch | This pool area is pure luxury. It's well off the strip, but the eight acres of pool area have wonderful Strip views. The pool area has lots of lounging areas with chairs, benches, dens with mattresses and pillow for ultimate lounging comfort. Great for warm evenings. photo | |
| Hard Rock Hotel | No list of best pools would be complete without the amazing pools at Hard Rock. The beach like lagoon defys description. The pool area is full of young and beautiful people in all their bathing finery. This pool area is famous for it's eye candy. There's a reason Howard Stern likes to visit this hotel. | |
| Luxor | Luxor doesn't rank as my favorite pool, but it's still a nice choice. They have a large pool area with your choice of four pools. No waterfalls or lazy rivers, but the pool area is comfortable and drink service is reliable. photo | |
| MGM Grand | The MGM pool complex is very nice with waterfalls, lazy river, as well as plenty of places to lounge and relax in the sun. This pool area has something from everyone from their five pools, three whirlpools, lazy river, waterfalls, fountains, bridges, or the tropical landscaping. photo | |
| Mandalay Bay | This pool is fantastic! It's actually several pools, but the biggest is the giant wave pool and beach area. I thought that the descriptions of the size and scope of the pool area were exaggerated, but they were not. I was very impressed. There is a lazy river and the wave pool as well as some "regular" pools. There is a separate pool area for the Four Seasons hotel guests. photo | |
| Mirage | This has to be the most beautiful pool in Las Vegas. The Mirage has a series of lagoons where waterfalls cascade into the pool and they even have three waterslides. The pool area can get crowded, but it is protected by security who checks keys. It used to be that you could bring a key from a previous visit, but word is that now they check the key by scanning it in a machine to make sure you are a CURRENT guest at the Mirage. The rumor that Treasure Island guests can use the Mirage pool is NOT TRUE. photo | |
| Monte Carlo | Monte Carlo has a great pool area for such a modestly priced hotel. It is complete with wave pool, lazy river, waterfalls, etc. It's a much smaller area than Mirage or Mandalay Bay, but for the price of rooms here, it's a winner! | |
| Palms |
This pool area is completely funky! But funky in a good way. The pool is decorated in some version of ultra modern retro art deco. I can't think of any other way to describe it. If you're young and beautiful or looking for someone young and beautiful, this is the place to be and be seen. photo |

| Tropicana | This is my favorite "old school" pool in Las Vegas. There are two pools here, one huge pool with waterfalls and a swim up blackjack table and one smaller pool with smaller waterfall that is ADULTS ONLY. The Tropicana closes the part of the hotel that is underneath the Island Tower in winter and heat the pool year round. If you're planning on spending a lot of time in the pool, you might want to consider an Island Tower room. The elevator goes right down to the pool area. photo | |
